Slip rent is billed quarterly in advance and is due on the 1st day of the quarter. Bills will be mailed 2 weeks prior to each quarter. A finance charge of 2% will be applied monthly to all accounts that are not paid within 14 days of the due date. Any delinquent bill shall give the Marina the right to remove the owner’s boat from its slip without additional notification. Upon receipt of past due balance the vessel may be returned to its former slip, if available, at discretion of Management.
Slip availability is not guaranteed for seasonal slip holders who give up their slip during the winter months. In order to retain your slip it is necessary to continue to pay for the slip even during the boat’s absence. If a slip holder vacates his slip after giving the required notice, unused whole months of prepaid rent are refundable. Refunds will be mailed at the end of each quarter.
