Fred Olverson and his father, Albert Frederick Olverson began building Olverson’s Marina in 1964.   Fred developed the business into the friendly marina it is today.   Fred is a retired attorney and Commander in Chief of Olverson’s Lodge Creek Marina.

Cas Olverson

 

Cas Olverson is the owner of Port and Starboard Real Estate, Inc.

Cas and Fred assist boaters in the purchase of waterfront property in the Northern Neck of Virginia.

Stephen Trice
Marina Manager

Stephen Trice wears a lot of hats here at Olverson's Lodge Creek Marina.  He is the Marina Manager and owner's assistant.  

Stephen was raised on the Rappahannock River and is a licensed Yacht Broker.  He knows boating and enjoys a wide  variety of outdoor activities, but especially fishing.  If you're looking for a boat or good fishing hole to take it to, Stephen is the guy to see. 

In 1999 he married Jodi Olverson, Fred's daughter and shares his passion for the water with his wife and their two children.

Jodi Trice
Office Assistant

 

Jodi Trice was raised on the Yeocomico River and shares her father, Fred Olverson's love of the water. 

Jodi chose to graduate from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia because she did not want to move too far away from the Chesapeake Bay area.  

In 2001 Jodi returned home to Olverson’s Marina with her husband, Stephen Trice and their two children.

Lynn Olivier
Secretary / Bookkeeper

Lynn  is the Secretary / Bookkeeper at Olverson’s Marina.   Lynn’s 37 years of  accounting experience has lead to a career in the marine industry.

She sailed, with her husband, across the South Atlantic from South Africa on their 30’ sailboat.   After spending two years sailing in the Caribbean they settled in the beautiful Chesapeake Bay area.

Dockmaster

Mann was born and raised on the Rappahannock River and has been a professional waterman most of his life.

He has been working at Olverson's Marina for 17 years and is often the first smiling face you will see when you dock.
